Coming from a 2-0 defeat to Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, Benzema’s team sought victory to remain at the top of the competition. In the first stage, the Saudi team dominated the match and took a 2-0 lead, with goals in the 30th and 34th minutes from Hamdallah.

The team opened the scoring after the number 99 received a throw from the Brazilian Fabinho, invaded the area and finished with a cross past the goalkeeper. Soon after, the attacker added an assist from Shanqeeti.

The technical superiority remained in the second half, but without finding the path to the goal. Unlike AGMK, who scored in the 32nd minute, with Boakye, following Tursunov’s submission. The Uzbekistan team tried to draw until the final minutes, but were defeated.
