The contest between the two presidential candidates who will compete in the runoff will have an innovative and different format compared to the two previous debates.

Sergio Massa, of Union for the Homeland (UP), y Javier Miley, of Freedom Advances (LLA)will be measured discursively this Sunday within the framework of the third presidential debateand facing runoff of the November 19th. What will be the thematic axes that the two presidential candidates will discuss?
The candidates to occupy the Rivadavia armchair will star in a new event in the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA)which will aim to inform the electorate about the proposals that each political space has.
Last Wednesday, the National Electoral Chamber (CNE)one of the three organizing entities of the elections throughout the country, held the draw for third debate and established all the rules that will be incorporated for the contest between the Tigrense and the libertarian.
The president of the electoral body, Doctor Alberto Dalla Víawas in charge of presenting the new modality of the presidential event and highlighted the holding of the first two debates: “We are very satisfied with the results of the two previous debates, with high rating points and an opportunity for citizens to inform themselves. We hope it happens this time as well.”
Elections 2023: what will be the axes of the debate
There will be six thematic axes agreed upon between the electoral body and the campaign teams: Economy, Argentina’s relations with the world, Economy, Education and health, Production and Work, Security and Human rights and democratic coexistence.
The structure, meanwhile, will be made up of four blocks:
- Of the minutes of introduction
- First block composed of three thematic axes of 12 minutes each (Economy, Foreign Affairs and Education and Health)
- Second block composed of the others three thematic axes of 12 minutes each one (Production and Work, Security and Human Rights and Coexistence)
- Two minutes of closing
The event, which will be televised on all state channels and those private channels that decide to join the official broadcast, is expected to last two hours.
