A Venezuelan Julieta Inés Hernández Martínez38, artist and cycle traveler, was found dead in Presidente Figueiredo, in the interior of Amazonas, on Friday night (5). The information is from the portal Metropolises.

According to the Civil Police of Amazonas, Julieta was last seen on December 23, 2023 near the municipality of Presidente Figueiredo, when cycling towards Boa Vista, in Roraima.

Julieta’s death was confirmed by the Amazonas Public Security Secretariat. She was destined for the city of Puerto Ordaz, in Venezuela, where her mother lives.

Mobilization of friends

On social media, Julieta’s friends set up a campaign with the aim of finding the artist. However, upon her death, the money raised will be used for her to be buried in her hometown.

Delegate Valdinei Silva, head of the Presidente Figueiredo Interactive Police Station (DIP), carried out efforts in different parts of the municipality to try to find the Venezuelan woman still alive. The Federal Highway Police (PRF) also assisted in the searches.
