Tragedy during a prestigious equestrian event. During the riding competition Sardegna Jumping Tour 2023 in Tanca Regia, in the province of Sassari, the Amazon Margherita Mayer she died from the consequences of a terrible accident. A situation which effectively rendered resuscitation attempts with the intervention of doctors, service ambulances and air ambulances useless. Mayer actually never regained consciousness and therefore lost his life almost instantly. Confirmation of the sad epilogue came from the organizing committee of the Sardinia Jumping Tour 2023 Agris, Fise and the president of the jury.
