The Meta-Four were the protagonists of one of the funniest moments of the last episode of NXT, in a Scooby-Doo-style segment.
The quartet formed by Noam Dar, Oro Mensah, Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson plays the role of stable comedy heel of the development territory, given that despite being villains they make for some pretty hilarious segments in the vast majority of their appearances.
NXT Halloween Havoc was no exception and, indeed, it proved fertile ground for the group led by the reigning NXT Heritage Cup Champion.
Meta-Four’s Scooby-Doo style segment
On the last episode of NXT, the second night of Halloween Havoc, Meta-Four they dressed up as Scooby-Doo’s Mystery Inc (respectively Noam Dar from Scooby, Oro Mensah da Shaggy, Lash Legend da Velma e Jack Jackson) per venture into a haunted house to retrieve the Heritage Cup previously stolen by Akira Tozawa.
Among a thousand misadventures typical of any episode of Scooby-Doo, everything was resolved in the end with Noam Dar giving Akira Tozawa a Heritage Cup match scheduled for next week.
