Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah are still in a relationship despite her filing for full custody of their 3-month-old son.
“Al and Noor have been working together successfully and have reached an agreement regarding their child, Roman,” Pacino’s rep told The New York Post.
“They’re still together.”
Ms Alfallah, 29, sparked rumors of a split late on Wednesday after she claimed physical custody of their baby boy.
In a submission, obtained by New York Post page Six, she stated that she was willing to grant “reasonable visitation” rights. A face with a scar aged 83, and has asked for shared legal custody, which would give him a voice in education and medical decisions.
Ms. Alfallah also wants Pacino to pay her legal fees and any other court costs.
In addition, she attached a copy of the signed “voluntary declaration of parentage”, confirming that Any Sunday the actor is Romano’s biological father.
Mrs. Alfallah gave birth to Roman on June 6. He is her first child, but Pacino’s fourth.
The Oscar winner also shares daughter Julie (33) with Jan Tarrant, as well as twins Olivia and Anton (22) with Beverly D’Angelo.
After news of Ms Alfallah’s pregnancy was announced in late May, sources told the website TMJ that Pacino demanded a paternity test because he believed he could no longer impregnate the woman in light of medical issues.
The couple underwent a DNA test, which eventually proved that the “Heat” actor was the father.
A week later, Pacino called Mr. Alfallah’s pregnancy “very special.”
“It always has been. I have many children,” he added. “But this is a really special arrival at this time.”
The couple first sparked dating rumors when they were spotted out to dinner in April 2022, but multiple sources said Page six the two have been walking quietly since the Covid-19 pandemic.
“She mostly dates very rich older men. … She has been with Al for some time and they get along very well,” the source revealed at the time.
“The age difference doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he’s older than her father.”
The insider added that she “goes with the jet-set affluent crowd, and comes from a family with money.”
