250 permanent hires by the first half of 2024: the announcement is Ferrari, which has also launched a series of initiatives to be even closer to its employees. The Maranello car manufacturer has in fact signed a new agreement with Fim, Uilm and Fismic for the competitiveness award (which may exceed 17,000 euros in the period 2024-2027) and a expansion of welfare.

A new project will be launched by the first months of 2024 widespread share ownership plan.

Each employee, on a voluntary basis, will become a member of Ferrari receiving free of charge actionsonly one, up to 2,065 euros.

If the employee keeps the shares for at least 36 months, the company will award him other shares up to 15% of the value of the first assignment.

The new reward agreement gives employees the opportunity to convert part of the value into company shares up to a maximum of 3,000 euros the year.

The Wellness Formula offer has been strengthened

The Ferrari has also decided to strengthen the offer of Wellbeing Formula.

From next year, the prancing horse’s employees will be able to benefit on a voluntary basis from a Free annual medical check-upincluding clinical tests and specialist visits, in the new clinics that will open near the headquarters of Maranello.

Il Junior Wellbeing Formula Projectdedicated to the children of Ferrari employees between the ages of 5 and 15, will also be extended to the age range from 4 to 18.

Benedetto Vigna’s statements

The 250 hires and the other initiatives “respond to the desire to recognize the sense of belonging that makes us unique and to continue to strengthen it in this journey of continuous search for excellence”, commented the CEO of Ferrari, Benedetto Vigna.

Vigna has held this position since September 2021, after taking over from Louis Camilleri.
