With a lineup full of changes, Internacional suffered from a lack of rhythm and play and ended up in a goalless draw (0-0) with São Luiz-RS. The clash, valid for the 2nd round of the Campeonato Gaúcho, took place at Estádio 19 de Outubro, Ijuí (RS). With the result, Colorado stops with four points, in fifth place, two behind the leader Youth. The hosts drew second in the competition and occupy sixth place.

In the next round, Colorado will face Ypiranga-RS, Saturday (27), at 4:30 pm (Brasília time). Meanwhile, São Luiz also enters the field on the same day, but at 4pm (Brasília time), against Caxias, at Centenário.

Colorado adaptation

From the first minute, Inter had great difficulty with the lack of interaction, as Coudet fielded a team with many changes. In the first half, São Luiz had more volume in the game, but they were unable to cause problems. After a free kick, Diogo rose above Campanharo and headed face to face with Anthoni, but sent it out.

Holed in the small area

In the best chance of the first half, Inter arrived strong on the left. After the cross, Diogo Sodré headed the ball and Ramires arrived to finish, but missed the ball and went wide.

Red changes

After the break, the visitors went in search of victory. Throughout the second half, Coudet made changes to the team. After a corner, Vitão headed the ball, but Robert Renan did not reach the ball. Afterwards, Wanderson dropped the bomb from outside the area. On Raul’s rebound, Pedro Henrique fumbled with the ball.

At the end of the match, De Pena raised the ball in the area, but Alário sent it over. Then, Luiz Adriano missed a great chance to score the three points. Therefore, Bustos crossed low to Luiz Adriano, who did the most difficult thing and sent it out. São Luiz, in turn, put pressure on, in the end, with balls thrown into the area, but the game ended at 0-0.
