Enem 2023 results will be published this Tuesday

The results of the National High School Examination (Enem) 2023 applied on November 5th and 12th, 2023 will be released this Tuesday (16th). Access to notes must be done through the Participant Pageas login unique to the platform gov.br.

According to the Ministry of Education (MEC), the grades of the so-called “trainers” – people who participated in the exam in the search for self-assessment, without competing for vacancies – will be released in March. In total, more than 3.9 million people participated in the event.

The mirror with the evaluation of the essays will be made available within 90 days, after the results are announced. The MEC reiterates that texts are evaluated according to the five competencies presented in the reference matrix; and that the grade can reach 1000 points, but there are factors that can result in a zero grade.

These factors include avoiding the topic, a total length of up to seven lines, a section deliberately disconnected from the proposed topic, non-compliance with the argumentative essay structure and disrespect for the seriousness of the exam.

In addition to evaluating students’ academic performance at the end of basic education, Enem is the main gateway to higher education in Brazil, through the Unified Selection System (Sisu) and initiatives such as the University for All Program (Prouni ).

The results are also used as a sole or complementary criterion for selection processes, in addition to serving as a parameter for access to government aid, such as the Student Financing Fund (Fies).
