Ana Hickmann: Ex asks for presenter’s arrest for ‘parental alienation’; she responds

Alexandre Correaex-husband of Ana Hickmanncalled for the presenter’s arrest on Wednesday night, 3. Estadão had access to the request, sent by the businessman’s lawyer, Ênio Martins Murad, in which the father of nine-year-old Alezinho accused the artist of “parental alienation”.

According to her ex-husband, Ana did not hand over her son to spend the school holidays with his father between January 3rd and 10th, the date supposedly set by the courts. In a statement sent to Estadãothe artist stated that the court decision specified the period “if nothing had been scheduled previously”.

Ana Hickmann and the businessman would have changed the period in which Alezinho would stay with his father due to the presenter’s vacation. With the new agreement between the parents, the child would stay with Alexandre between the 9th and 17th of January.

“Taking into account that Ana Hickmann’s vacation was previously scheduled between the 3rd and 7th of January, it was then agreed between Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa’s lawyers, Dr. Guilherme Valdetaro and Dr. Diva Carla Bueno Nogueira, respectively, for telephone, on 12/22, the transfer of the period to January 9th to 17th”, completes the note.

In the court decision document, to which the Estadão had access, the judge stated that the boy would remain with his father between the 3rd and 10th of January, if there were no commitments or agreements previously made.

“In the absence of proof of previously assumed leisure commitments, during the school holidays of January 2024, the child will remain with his father between the 3rd and 10th, with pickup at 9 am and return at 6 pm, with the paternal grandparents being responsible for picking up and returning the child in the maternal home”, says the decision.

The court document also determined that the family conflicts did not involve Alezinho. Therefore, Ana Hickmann and Alexandre are entitled to shared custody. Visits between father and son must be mediated by the paternal grandparents.

The decision also states that, if Alexandre travels with his son to another municipality or Brazilian state, he must notify Ana Hickmann at least 48 hours in advance. “Informing destination and accommodation location and departure and return dates, under penalty of search and seizure and suspension of visits”, adds the judge.

Even so, Alexandre Correa registered a police report against Ana Hickmann this Thursday, 4th. In the report, he said that he was looking for his son for a trip, but was unable to pick up the child. O Estadão had access to the police report registered by Ana Hickmann, in which she accuses the businessman of physical aggression. According to her report, she was in the kitchen of her home with Alexandre, her son and two employees. She allegedly said something to her son that her husband would not have liked and was reprimanded, with “both raising their voices”. The child allegedly asked them to stop fighting and ran away scared.

“The author began to press the victim against the wall, as well as threatening to attack her with a headbutt, at which time she managed to push him away and, when trying to take her cell phone, which was on a table in the external area, the author suddenly closed the kitchen sliding door, which put pressure on the victim’s left arm”, says the following excerpt from the police document.

Ana then managed to lock him out of the house and made the call to the Military Police. Correa would have left the scene shortly afterwards. Hickmann sought medical attention at São Camilo Hospital, where a bruise was found on his left elbow. According to the police report, her arm was immobilized with a sling.

“The victim was aware of the protective measures conferred by the Maria da Penha Law, however, at this time, he chose not to request them”, the document ends.

Alexandre confessed to the attacks, but denied that he head-butted the presenter, according to the UOL. Ana spoke again about the case, saying that the two had a toxic relationship during an interview with Spectacular Sundayfrom Record TV, last Sunday, 26th.

After the repercussions of the interview, the businessman stated that she was committing “a real injustice” by talking about the case, according to the magazine Who.
