The Samba Team ace secured the Main Event buy-in and €1,200 for expenses
João Sydens raised the Brazilian flag heads-up in the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona Main Event, in one of the most memorable final tables. For the next stage of the circuit, in Prague, the Samba Team professional wants to do it again.
Owner of the nickname “sydens”, the star is the only Brazilian who already appears among the satellite qualifiers for EPT Prague. In addition to the €5,300 buy-in for the stage’s Main Event, Sydens also took €1,200 into his PokerStars account to help with travel expenses.
Satellites for EPT Prague continue to take place at PokerStars virtual tables, with a buy-in of €530. In addition to the format won by Sydens (place + expenses), full package satellites are also available, which also include accommodation at the event hotel for the duration of the stage.
EPT Prague will take place from December 6th to 17th at the Hilton Hotel Prague in the capital of the Czech Republic. The stage marks the end of the 2023 season of the European circuit, bringing, in addition to the Main Event, the Eureka Poker Tour tournaments, a €50,000 Super High Roller and much more.
