Arab fans are awaiting the semi-final match of the African League competition for footballwhich will bring together Esperance Tunis with its guest club Moroccan WydadOn Wednesday, at Hammadi Al-Aqrabi Stadium in Brades.
A source close to Esperance’s technical staff revealed in a statement to “Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed” that the coach, Tariq Thabet, will make many substitutions in the team’s starting lineup, compared to the first leg in which Wydad won with a score of 0-0, on Sunday night, at the Mohammed V Complex in… White House.
The changes will include a number of positions, most notably the right-back Mohamed Ben Ali, who will participate in place of Raed Bouchnaiba, and the left-back Mohamed Amin Ben Hamida, who is expected to be in the starting lineup, after his absence from the first leg due to the accumulation of yellow cards.
In midfield, the Brazilian, Jan Sass, will play from the beginning, and he is expected to be a substitute for the young Nigerian, Onochie Agbelo. As for goalkeeping, Tariq Thabet is waiting for the green light from the medical team, to find out whether Mameesh has recovered from his health illness or not. He will continue to rely on Ben Sherifia.
