ALL HIS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES are in full affect and
alive and are now solely owned by his widow Sonja Paris
(formerly Sonja Reuter) without any limitations.
The trademark™ registered names Johnny and the Hurricanes®
as well as Johnny Paris® and Atila® are SOLELY owned by
Sonja Paris. All intellectual properties that were
transferred to John Pocisk from the estate of Irving
Micahnik/Ira Mack and any other intellectual properties
that were owned by John Pocisk aka Johnny Paris® at time of
his death, are now solely owned by Johnny Paris®' widow
Sonja Paris.
