Even though John M. Pocisk aka Johnny Paris® passed away, ALL HIS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES are in full affect and alive and are now solely owned by his widow Sonja Paris (formerly Sonja Reuter) without any limitations.
The trademark registered names Johnny and the Hurricanes® as well as Johnny Paris® and Atila® are SOLELY owned by Sonja Paris. All intellectual properties that were transferred to John Pocisk from the estate of Irving Micahnik/Ira Mack are now owned by Johnny Paris®' widow Sonja Paris.

Atila Records and Sirius 1 Music are part of Johnny and the Hurricanes, Incorporated.
